My collecting roots are in US stuff. In fact, my roots here go so deep, that my father is the man pictured in the Springfield Armory logo of a Marine shooting an M14 rifle in shadow (seriously). Regardless of where my collecting interests may wander over the years, for me, nothing will ever be as appealing as a parkerized grey-green piece of steel in a rich walnut piece of furniture.
